A new lawsuit involving the Stapp-Rock sex tape was filed Thursday in Miami. This time out, the reputed plaintiff is a woman who claims she was one of the video's costars.

The woman, identified only as "Jane Doe" in the 12-page complaint, alleges invasion of privacy, unauthorized use of her likeness and infliction of emotional distress. For good measure, the woman essentially accuses Stapp of leaking the sex tape to sex up the sales of his new solo album.

Johnny Jackson, the man who kept the beat for the Jackson 5, and cousin to Michael, Janet, Tito et al., was found stabbed to death in his Gary, Indiana, home Wednesday.

According to local police, officers were called to Johnny Jackson's house at approximately 11:30 p.m. after a neighbor phoned in a noise complaint. The caller, who lived above Jackson, reported that the musician and an unidentified woman were having a heated exchange on the first floor of the building.

The police entered Jackson's home and found the 54-year-old unconscious with a stab wound to his chest. Less than an hour later, he was pronounced dead.

Playing tribute to one of his musical heroes, Bruce Springsteen has announced plans to release "We Shall Overcome: The Seeger Sessions," a collection of Pete Seeger covers, on Apr. 25.

The album will hit stores a week before the folk icon's 87th birthday on May 3 and include Springsteen's takes on "Jesse James," "Erie Canal," "John Henry," "Jacob's Ladder" and "We Shall Overcome."

Condemning his "disgusting and sick" behavior, the judge sentenced the 61-year-old entertainer, whose real name is Paul Gadd, to three years in prison, followed by deportation back to Britain once his term is done.
