The "Trapped in the Closet" singer's younger sibling has released a low-budget DVD on which he accuses his brother of trying to get him to commit perjury by claiming that he was actually the one featured on the infamous sex tape that prompted child-pornography charges against R. Kelly, according to MTV News.

Shortly after pleading guilty to seven counts of drug possession charges in London court Thursday, the Babyshambles frontman and erstwhile arrestee lashed out at reporters, kicking one in the arm and knocking a mike out of her hand.

"American Idol" alum Constantine Maroulis is leaving his pre-"Idol"hard-rock band, Pray for the Soul of Betty, the rocker told People magazine Tuesday.
"With all of my solo projects speeding up, we just felt it was time to move on," Maroulis, 30, said. The onetime "Idol"-er is currently moving in the fast lane, with a solo album and roles in an ABC sitcom pilot and an indie film in the works.
