A day after his estranged wife, Kim, phoned a Detroit radio station and told her side of the story on why they split for the second time just three shorts months after remarrying, saying Eminem was losing himself again in his addiction to sleeping pills. The rapper responded with a statement of his own disputing her claims and saying they both "realized a wedding doesn't fix the underlying problems."

Dolby has gotten Federline to remove the single "America's Most Hated" from his Website.
