Michael Jackson just can't stop making music.

Looking to revive a career that has seen better days, Jackson announced Tuesday he has teamed up with a Bahraini music label to record a new album and is aiming for a late 2007 release.

The newly formed partnership is between Jackson and Two Seas Records, which is owned by Bahrain royal family member Abdulla Hamad Al-Khalifa. British music exec Guy Holmes, chairman of London-based indie label Gut Records, has been named CEO of the joint project.

"I am incredibly excited about my new venture and I am enjoying being back in the studio making music," Jackson said in a statement.

In a ticker on his official Website, Young has announced plans to release "Living With War," a anti-war album addressing the conflict in Iraq which he recorded earlier this month in a matter of three short days that also takes sharp aim at the current administration of George W. Bush with the scathing tune, "Let's Impeach the President."

Keith Bender Jr., a 35-year-old Detroit native, passed away early Tuesday one week after suffering a gunshot wound to the head stemming from a dispute with Proof over a pool game at C.C.C.. an after-hours bar along Eight Mile.
