Sizemore Rehab Rerun

Saving Private Ryan was nothing compared to saving Tom Sizemore.
For what seems like the umpteenth time, a Los Angeles judge sent the "Saving Private Ryan" in a residential rehab facility after the sobriety-challenged actor was found to have violated his probation.
Culminating a weeklong hearing, Sizemore admitted to falling off the wagon and using drugs again, according to Superior Court public information officer Allan Parachini. The actor was in turn ordered to report to a 90-day treatment facility by Mar. 23. Unlike previous attempts to get clean, Sizemore will not be permitted to leave the center, even for work.

Britney Spears has shouldered some of the blame for her latest oops moment.
The pop princess, who came under fire this week after she was photographed driving her car with her infant son Sean Preston Federline perched on her lap, has admitted to "Access Hollywood" that perhaps it wasn't her brightest moment.
Oprah Enters XM's Orbit

XM Satellite Radio is seeing Sirius Satellite's Howard Stern and raising them one Oprah Winfrey.
The Queen of Daytime announced Thursday that she would be joining the King of All Media's rival radio network and launching a new XM channel called Oprah & Friends, scheduled to debut in September. Winfrey signed a three-year contract worth $55 million.

Lucyna Turyk-Wawrynowicz, who not only kept house for the likes of Robert De Niro and Candice Bergen but also kept several of their belongings sans permission, pleaded guilty Wednesday to charges of grand larceny, forgery and identity theft of several well-heeled clients, the aforementioned actors included.
The 35-year-old Turyk-Wawrynowicz struck a plea bargain with the district attorney that will have her maximum prison sentenced reduced from 15 years to no more than three.
