Judicial officials in Vietnam have set Mar. 2 as the date the faded glam rocker will stand trial on charges he committed obscene acts on two girls, ages 11 and 12, at his seaside residence in the southern resort town of Vung Tau.

Nick Lachey is not going away without a fight.
On Friday, the ex-"Newlyweds" star responded to his estranged wife Jessica Simpson's divorce petition with some demands of his own. Lachey listed the date of the couple's separation as Dec. 13, 2005, opposing Simpson's claim that the split happened Nov. 23, 2005.
