Tamahori Cops Plea

Along came a plea bargain for Lee Tamahori.

The Kiwi filmmaker behind the flicks "Along Came a Spider," "XXX: State of the Union" and the last 007 adventure, "Die Another Day," has pleaded no contest to misdemeanor criminal trespass in connection with last month's arrest for approaching an undercover cop while dressed in women's clothes and allegedly offering to perform oral sex for cash.

Let's see if the "Apt Pupil" star has learned his lesson this time around.

Brad Renfro pleaded guilty on Thursday to charges of attempted heroin possession stemming from his arrest in an LAPD drug sting last December. Renfro was sentenced to three years' probation and ordered to enter rehab.

Renfro's admission came after he struck a deal with prosecutors to avoid jail time.

But the trouble-plagued 23-year-old former kid star may not be in the clear yet: He could face up to 18 months behind bars should he violate the terms of his probation.

No Charges for Pesci

The Palm Beach County State Attorney's Office has decided against filing charges against the "My Cousin Vinny" star for allegedly punching a fan last month after determining that there was no chance of a conviction in the case.

Alice Ann Cavanagh was born in New York City and is the couple's first child together. None of her vital statistics have been released.
