Stern in Sirius Trouble

What goes around, comes around for Howard Stern.

The shock jock, who spent the better part of two years blasting his now ex-bosses at CBS Radio (formerly Infinity Broadcasting) before moving to Sirius Satellite Radio in January, has gotten a unexpected parting gift from CBS in the form of a $400 million-plus lawsuit.

The 43-page complaint, filed Tuesday in New York State Supreme Court, seeks damages from Stern, his agent, Don Buchwald, and Sirius for a litany of transgressions, including breach of contract, fraud, unjust enrichment and misappropriation of radio time.

Stern denies the allegations and says the lawsuit is an exercise in "bullying."

Sambora Seeks New Judge

The Bon Jovi guitarist has filed court documents challenging the objectivity of the judge assigned to handle his divorce from Heather Locklear.

The move sets up the case being reassigned to a private judge, who will keep the details of the case away from the public.
