TV's former Hulk has sued sibling Andy Ferrigno for using the family name for a store specializing in sweat-inducing gym equipment. The federal lawsuit, alleging trademark infringement, was filed Jan. 6 in New Jersey, online records show. It was made public Friday in an Associated Press report.

California state labor officials have dealt a dose of reality to Michael Jackson's fantasyland estate, calling for work at the working ranch to be brought to a halt until its pop star patriarch takes care of pressing money matters.
On Thursday, the state ordered Jackson to stop using employee labor at his Neverland Valley Ranch in Santa Barbara County, California, after it was determined his workers' compensation insurance had lapsed, Department of Industrial Relations spokesman Dean Fryer said.

"Forbes" magazine has released its annual list of billionaires and while it confirms what most have long suspected—namely that Oprah Winfrey and George Lucas remain really, really rich—there were a few surprises.
Microsoft founder Bill Gates once again secured his position as the world's wealthiest man, his 12th consecutive time with the title. The computer whiz's net worth rose from $46.5 billion last year to an all-time high of $50 billion.
Leif Garrett Stays Put

Leif Garrett is staying right where he is--in rehab.
The '70s-era teen idol was ordered Thursday to spend another 30 days as a live-in patient at a court-appointed drug treatment facility.
Garrett has already logged 42 days at the Impact House in Pasadena. He began treatment a week after being arrested for heroin possession Jan. 14 at a subway station in downtown Los Angeles.
