Britney Spears has come under renewed scrutiny from Los Angeles child-welfare officials.
At least one social worker, accompanied by deputies, visited Spears' Malibu home Saturday afternoon, L.A. County Sheriff's Lt. Debra Glafkides said Wednesday. The visit reportedly took place after Spears' seven-month-old son, Sean Preston, was diagnosed with a skull fracture, per Star magazine.

The reality champ, who was found guilty of tax evasion in January for failing to pay taxes on his $1 million prize as well as on other income, is in protective custody and being kept apart from his fellow prisoners at a Plymouth, Massachusetts jail while awaiting sentencing later this month.

Jennifer Lopez filed a lawsuit Monday to stop ex-husband Ojani Noa from publishing a so-called tell-all book about her, alleging that her disgruntled ex wanted $5 million before he would agree to not go public with his tales.
According to documents filed in Los Angeles Superior Court, the manuscript contains "negative, denigrating and disparaging" details about Lopez (and we're not talking about "Gigli" reviews here) and includes "private and intimate statements."
