McGregor Clan Expands

Ewan McGregor may have to trade in his motorcycle for a minivan.
The Scottish actor and his wife, production designer Eve Mavrakis, have adopted a four-year-old girl from Mongolia, his rep confirmed Wednesday to People magazine.
Mister and missus since 1995, the couple have two biological daughters, four-year-old Esther and one-year-old Clara.
Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia, was one of the stops on McGregor's mega road trip in 2004, the 20,000-mile motorcycle journey he embarked upon with best mate Charley Boorman that was chronicled in the Bravo series "Long Way Round."

Trial for Village Person
April 12, 2006
Dressing up as a police officer for career purposes evidently doesn't make one immune to the law.
A Bay Area judge ruled Monday that there was enough evidence to send the drug-related case against Victor Willis--the original cop from '70s-era hit-makers the Village People--to trial.
Willis, 54, was arrested July 11 when police found crack cocaine, drug paraphernalia and a loaded gun in his car during a routine traffic stop in Daly City, a suburb of San Francisco. A $15,000 felony warrant for narcotics possession had already been issued for Willis, so when the cop pulled him over he was arrested on the spot.
