As part of the arrangement, the actor will pay his ex child support to help take care of their five kids--Bria, Myles, Shane, Zola and Bella Zahra. Murphy also has a son, Christian, from a previous relationship.
"The welfare of our children is our main concern and their best interest is our first priority," Murphy said last year in a statement issued by his rep, Paul Bloch.

Katie Holmes can break out the noisemakers: She and Tom Cruise are parents.
Holmes "joyously welcomed" a baby girl Tuesday in Los Angeles, Cruise's publicist Paul Bloch said in a statement. Mother and baby are said to be well. Father is presumably couch-hopping happy.
Their daughter, Suri, weighed 7 pounds, 7 ounces and was 20 inches long. The name Suri has its origins in Hebrew meaning "princess," or in Persian meaning "red rose," per Bloch.
Cruise, 43, and Holmes, 27, are engaged to be married. Cruise has said the couple would tie the knot sometime after the birth of their child.

Jacko Case Dismissed

Another Michael Jackson lawsuit has been relegated to the "HIStory" books.
On Thursday a federal judge in New Orleans threw out a case brought in 2004 against the pop star by a man claiming he was molested by Jackson in 1984.
U.S. District Judge Eldon Fallon's ruling was posted on the court's Web site Monday without going into detail as to how he arrived at the decision.
"I'm basically shocked," Louis Koerner, the plaintiff's lawyer, told reporters.
