The "Lost" actress pleaded guilty Tuesday in Hawaii to one count of driving under the influence and chose to pay a $500 fine and spend five days in jail rather than fulfill 240 hours of community service.
A Kane'ohe District Court judge ordered Rodriguez to surrender to authorities by 2 p.m. (Hawaii time) to begin her short stay in a women's correctional facility on the island of Oahu. Credit for time served will be subtracted from her current sentence.

Andersen, 23, has been refused entry into the United States and was ordered to return to the Netherlands (where her journey originated) on the next available flight, U.S. Customs and Border Protection spokesman Zachary Mann told reporters. The specific reasons for the refusal have not been made public.
