April 30, 2006As race analyst Larry McReynolds reported on Sunday's Aaron's 499 on FOX coverage, Kevin Harvick's No. 21 Richard Childress Racing Busch car was found to be too low, and penalties are expected this week.
Will Ferrell stays busy at Aaron's 499
April 30, 2006Comedian Will Ferrell mugged for photos, signed autographs and even gave the order, "Gentlemen, start your engines." While the drivers at the Aaron's 499 sat through a 1-hour, 40-minute rain delay Sunday at Talladega Superspeedway, Ferrell was all over the track promoting his new NASCAR movie. The race was finally postponed until Monday, but Ferrell at least had a productive day.

Bodine wins Craftsman Truck Series race
April 30, 2006Todd Bodine raced to his second victory in the last three NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events, leading a group of five Toyotas across the finish line Saturday night in the Ram Tough 200 at Gateway International Raceway. Bodine was followed by Ted Musgrave, David Reutimann, Jack Sprague and Johnny Benson before an estimated crowd of 40,000 fans who braved rainy and windy conditions.
