Manchester United boss Sir Alex Ferguson has dismissed suggestions Old Trafford could be renamed as 'unthinkable'. Speculation surfaced earlier in the week that the Red Devils were offering the carrot of a potential stadium name change in a bid to attract a lucrative sponsorship deal.

FIFA has confirmed it will not take any disciplinary action against Turkey manager Fatih Terim following a World Cup qualifier against Switzerland last year. Heskey failed to leave the field quickly enough after being sent off on Feb. 4 against Arsenal. The former England international also used abusive language in arguing with the fourth official.
