Reuters - It has been seven years and more than 30 movies and miniseries since exec producer Robert Halmi Sr. last wrestled with a biblical story. You don't have to be an Old Testament scholar to see that his take on "The Ten Commandments" is a vast improvement over 1999's misbegotten "Noah's Ark" and even holds its own against the 1956 classic with Charlton Heston.
